Our Services

Disordered eating and eating disorders

Counting calories, restricting or binging, and exercising constantly costs you your presence in life. It costs you relationships and closeness with friends and partners. It may cost you countless hours and hundreds of dollars chasing the latest and touted diet fad or health craze.

People-Pleasing

For many of us, we survive trauma and unhealthy relationships through people-pleasing, fawning, and not holding boundaries we need to feel safe, loved, and respected. Through our work together, we can cultivate healthy boundaries and heal your wounds.

Sex-Positive therapy

Through sex-positive therapy, a space of acceptance is created where you are allowed to explore what makes you feel good. Maybe you haven’t been given the opportunity to explore what makes you feel good, or you’re unsure about how to speak with your partner(s) about what you want. Through our work, we can explore how to advocate for yourself.

Depression and anxiety

Depression and anxiety hold you in a space of suspense. It can feel unbearable to move forward, and impossible to imagine staying put. Through our work, we will help you create healthy coping skills, find balance in your life while cultivating compassion for yourself.

Gender and Identity

You deserve a space to explore your gender identity and sexual orientation in an affirming space. We are gender-affirming, LGBTQ-aligned, and identifying therapists.
